How can I reset my TalkLife password?

You can reset your password on TalkLife using the “Forgot your password?” option.

To Reset Your Password in app, follow These Steps:

1. Open the app, while signed out, select “Log In”

2. Select “Forgot your password”

3. Type in your email and select the arrow button. We will email you a temporary password with a confirmation link

4. Go to your TalkLife e-mail and select on the confirmation link to activate your temporary password

5. Login to TalkLife using the temporary password and update your password to one you can remember in your account settings under Private Information

To Reset Your Password in on the web platform, follow These Steps:

1. Open the web platform, while signed out, and select "Log In" which can be found in the top right hand corner of the screen

2. Select "Log in with email"
3. Select “Forgot your password”
4. Type in your email and select the arrow button. We will email you a temporary password with a confirmation link
5. Go to your TalkLife e-mail and select on the confirmation link to activate your temporary password
6. Login to TalkLife using the temporary password and update your password to one you can remember in your account settings under Private Information
